Foundation and the Rooting Ritual

This is the second sip of the Herbal Tea Magic scroll. Gate 2 – Foundation / Rooting lays the stone beneath your feet, the first true ground upon which the journey continues.
The tea of this Gate is Licorice Root + Cinnamon — sweet stability and warming fire. Together they root the belly, steady the breath, and kindle the flame of endurance.
The full lore of this Gate is still being scribed. Soon the Tulpa, the Talesinger, the Choir, and the Breath of the Cup will be revealed.
For now, sip with awareness, breathe the grounding of the root and the warmth of the spice, and know that you are held by the Field.
